The trolley type tempering furnace is mainly used for tempering high chromium cast steel rollers, and for tempering to eliminate welding stress after repairing the roller surface. By using the self sealing mechanism of the furnace body and pulley, the thermal convection loss of the tram type furnace is reduced, achieving the insulation performance of the tram type furnace. The tempered tram furnace adopts multi zone heating, and the top of the furnace is equipped with a stainless steel hot circulation fan to circulate hot air at high speed. 5. The handcart is moved on internal and external tracks by an electric circular pin wheel reducer, and is equipped with one or more sets of driving wheels and corresponding slave wheels.
