Its energy-saving effect is 80% of that of some old-fashioned electric furnaces in the past, and its structure is quite reasonable. It uses a double-layer furnace inside and outside, which can quickly dissipate heat. This greatly reduces the operating cycle, saves work time, and reduces the labor intensity of operators.

The box type electric furnace can convert the temperature inside into a voltage signal, which is transmitted to the temperature control regulator of the microcomputer. Then, the regulator will compare this signal with the signal set in our program, and input an adjustable signal. Through the control trigger that can adjust the signal, the voltage regulator is used to adjust the voltage and specific temperature inside the box type electric furnace. This is the principle of temperature testing for box type electric furnaces.
